So, there are actually 3 ways, but I will teach the first one and this is the easiest.
Brief Overview:
1. Depotting without melting - this means that you take out the lipstick and transfer it into another container. A lot of girl would use hairblowers with this technique, but I don't I want to retain it's chemical balance.
2. Melting Lipticks - melting the lipstick and transferring it to another container, what I like about this is that it makes it look new. What I don't like, the process might change the consistency, smell of your lipstick but the pigment stays the same.
3. Restoring Lipsticks - This is easy if your lipstick is broken into two. You heat up one end of the lipstick, and like glue it on to the end where it broke then put it on your freezer for 30 minutes.
I'LL JUST FIRST TEACH YOU DEPOTTING WITHOUT MELTING!
1. Alcohol
2. Cotton
3. Small Spoons (smaller than teaspoons or anything that can cut/scoop)
4. Stackable Jars - you can use any small containers but since I'm depotting 3 lipsticks it looks prettier with the stackable jars and its more compact, I got this from Watson's for P59.00
5. Lipsticks
LET'S GET STARTED!
STEP #1 Sanitize your thing with the alcohol and cotton just to make sure everything is clean and wash your hands and under your nail fingers before doing anything.
STEP #2 The main goal is to get the lipstick out of the tube and into the container, so hold it like this and cut!
STEP #3 Once you've cut, use the other end of the small spoon to SCOOP out the remaining product.

STEP #4 MUSH the product down into the container. Use the spoon. You can use use fingers provided that its clean or you use clean or sterile gloves, just to be hygienic.

STEP #5 Tidy up the rim with cotton swab, unfortunately I did not have the picture for that. I'm just showing you here that I did all three.

STEP #6 Stack em up and admire your beautiful stackable lipsticks! Best results when used with lipbrush. ENJOY!

I only did three, because I only have 3 E.L.F Lipsticks. I love the scent, and the color is true to its color for a CHEAP lipstick (P125.00) But thse E.L.F. Lipsticks, easily breaks or fall off from their lipstick tubes. I'll show a picture of how it is:

I just stuck my spoon to one side of the lipstick and pulled. IT PULLED THE ENTIRE PRODUCT!
Anther reminder: When you screw these stackable acrylic jars, DO NOT TIGHTEN IT TOO MUCH, or else it will have cracks at the rim like mine.
Hope you enjoy this tutorial and help me save the world one lipstick at a time!
XOXO
